Ah, reading. They are really helpful for almost anything.
When you're upset, you can read a book and you can lift your spirits, when you need to learn, you can read a book, when you need to escape reality, you can read a book.
Books are like a portal to another dimension. A dimension you can't hear or smell, but you can touch and see it. It takes you away from the harsh force of the world and lets you escape into a world you could make your own.
Of course, sometimes, reading can also hurt you. It can isolate you from others, which could potentially make you lose some friends or more.
